The exhibition presents around 220 glass objects, including early, serially made murrine glass objects by Fratelli Toso, vases by Fulvio Bianconi from the 1950s, and large-format studio glass objects. The show was made possible by the outstanding holdings of Berlin’s Sammlung Holz.

Media Partners: Wall AG, kulturradio vom rbb, Dinamix
Supported by: Istituto Italiano di Cultura

Design advertising motif: Gerwin Schmidt, 2016

The small group of islands known as Murano has been considered the home of unusual glass creations and the art of high quality glassmaking for centuries.
